The transmission of 5 DF/DS/DV PRO is a state-of-art in the specialised tractors market. Already in the standard version, 5 DF/DS/DV PRO models offer a gearbox with 5-gears and Hi-Lo,  which usually represent the top option offered by the competition. The base gearbox can be upgraded with HML (3-powershift steps) resulting in 45+45 speeds. Powershift works always in both direction (forward and reverse) increasing the productivity even when working with rear forklift.  Regardless the configuration, powershuttle is always available as well as SenseClutch, ComfortClutch and Stop&Go functions. 

The PTO offers a wide range of configuration options to suit different needs. Standard features include 540 rpm and 540 ECO modes, with a convenient selector located near the driver’s seat. Users can also choose between fixed PTO shafts or interchangeable splined male shafts, with options for practical mechanical coupling or automated electro-hydraulically modulated coupling. Remote operation controls, positioned on the rear mudguard, add further convenience. Additional options include 1000 rpm mode, ground speed PTO, and automatic PTO control that activates or deactivates based on the lift’s position. A 1000 rpm front PTO is also available. The ergonomic control layout, combined with DEUTZ-FAHR’s intuitive color logic, ensures that operating the PTO is easy, fast, and precise, even for less experienced operators.

The Series 5 DF/DS/DV PRO models feature a powerful hydraulic system which is able to deliver a 88 l/min flow. Thanks to its modularity, the hydraulic system is able to offer from 3 to 8 independent electrohydraulic spool valves. All spool valves can be individually set (time and flow rate) and managed with an electronic joystick, while having their own control on the side console. The high flow pump, combined with the high number of spool valves in rear and mid-mounted position make the 5 DF/DS/DV PRO models perfect for working with combination of implements, performing more operation at the same time and therefore reducing time and costs. The electronic rear lift that comes as standard has maximum lifting capacity of 3130 kg (2600 kg on DS and DV versions), implementable up to 3940 kg, and –again as standard – features mounted implement vibration damping. Hydraulic stabilisers and a powerful, 2100 kg front lift are available as options.

As an alternative to the high load capacity front swing axle, the Series 5DF/DS/DV PRO offers an exclusive adaptive hydropneumatic independent front suspension system. This system optimizes damping based on ground speed and steering angle, providing superior comfort and stability. The standard active front suspension control software includes Anti-dive and Anti-roll functions, enhancing both safety and productivity. The Anti-dive feature reduces front suspension compression during braking, shortening stopping distances, while Anti-roll adjusts damper stiffness during cornering, stabilizing the outer wheel to improve balance, stability, and grip, significantly reducing roll. For maximum traction, the DTC system automatically transfers torque to the front wheel with the best grip. Standard features include all-wheel braking with wet discs on all four wheels, electronically engaged front-wheel drive, and a differential lock. Additionally, the SDD (Steering Double Displacement) option halves the number of steering wheel turns for faster maneuvering.

The Series 5DF/DS/DVPRO feature a 4-pillar cab, which is available in 3 sizes to better adapt to the tractor version (5 DF, DS ord DV). Regardless the size, all cab are designed for ultimate ergonomics and comfort offering large windows, a perfectly level floor, and a height- and tilt-adjustable steering wheel. 
All the controls are conveniently located on the new right-hand console, which includes an electronic joystick for easy management of the spool valves. With dedicated buttons and the Jolly thumbwheel on the joystick, drivers can seamlessly operate up to 8 spool valves. Additionally, two programmable Jolly buttons come as standard, allowing frequent operations to be easily managed from the most comfortable position. The InfoCentre+ features a clear LCD display for real-time tractor data, and a smartphone holder with two USB ports can be installed beside it for added convenience. The liftable top rear roof improves rearward visibility, while the expansive windscreen offers an excellent front view. For added protection during crop treatment, an optional Category 4 filtration system is available. To enhance productivity and comfort, powerful LED work lights and an air suspension seat can be added, making this series a perfect fit for those seeking both advanced technology and superior operator comfort. ISOBUS and iMonitor are available as optional features, equipping the 5 DF/DS/DV PRO models to handle even the most advanced implements with ease.
