For more than 100 years DEUTZ-FAHR is based upon the merits of trusted, innovative German tractor technology and accordingly established the worldwide successful brand. Within the continuous development the SDF launched the offensive to further expand this brand essence.
After around three years of planning and construction time, Europe´s most modern tractor plant was officially opened in the Bavarian city of Lauingen in May 2017: DEUTZ-FAHR LAND. The 6 Series, 7 Series, 8 Series, and 9 Series tractors are manufactured here for the worldwide market.
The building revolutionises tractor manufacturing through the use of state-of-the-art technology in the areas of assembly and painting and for the hydraulics, electronics and chassis tests for quality assurance. Setting new benchmarks for efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing.
Together with the new customer centre DEUTZ-FAHR ARENA, the overall investment of 90 millions euros is the single largest individual investment in the company history.

Discover DEUTZ-FAHR LAND!
Europe's most modern tractor production plant is now open for you to visit, letting you see what advanced “Made in Germany” technology means for yourself.
After a guided tour of the plant, you'll be treated to a truly special DEUTZ-FAHR experience at the DEUTZ-FAHR Arena, which covers an area of over 3800 sqm. A selection of high performance models from our current range are on display in the Expo Pavilion.
The DEUTZ-FAHR Museum exhibits some of the milestones in the company's history, from the first mass-produced DEUTZ tractor - the MTH 222 model from 1927 - to the first Agrotron, which marks a crucial stage in the story of the brand. Naturally, after the tour, you'll be able to purchase something special in our Merchandising Shop. A specific area for kids is also available for our younger guests.

Opening hours:
The DEUTZ-FAHR Arena and the attached DEUTZ-FAHR Museum are open Mondays to Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00.
The DEUTZ-FAHR Fan Shop is open on Thursdays from 15:00 to 17:00, with the exception of public and company holidays.
